Deposits:

we will collect a deposit of 20% of the treatment price for all appointment's.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a 48 hour cancelation policy. If you do not attend the appointment and/or fail to advise as per policy in advance, this will be put down as a no show therefore deposit will not be refunded.

Late Arrivals:

We understand that sometimes things may happen, however, if you are over 20 minutes late to your appointment, it will be classed as a no show and your deposit will not be refunded. 

Follow Up Appointments:

Follow up appointments are offered for anti wrinkle treatments 2 weeks after after the initial appointment for review.

Treatments:

All treatments are only carried out after a thorough consultation first, these are for free. The clinic will send you information on how to prepare for your appointment. You are required to follow them to ensure the best outcome of your treatment.

you are expected to allow photographs to be taken before and after treatments for insurance purposes and to check progress. These will not be shared unless given consent,

Refunds:

We undertake to provide excellent and safe service. We can not always guarantee the results you are looking for after only one treatments and therefore do not offer refunds.

Children:

We do not treat anyone under the age of 18. Please do not bring children with you to the clinic unless, they are capable of looking after themselves in a safe and sensible way.

Clients Information:

All clients will need to provide details such as mobile phone number and their email address to secure an appointment. All information is confidential and protected.
